With more than 20 years of experience in transportation and logistics, he has led large-scale operational organizations serving thousands of customers across complex networks.
Prior to Bear Cognition, Mike served as Chief Operating Officer of the largest independent affiliate of Worldwide Express Global Logistics, overseeing operations across 11 states and more than 5,000 clients while expanding freight, analytics, and consulting capabilities.
