The article offers specific steps you can implement to help blunt the crisis&#8217; impact &#8212; and enable your organization to emerge stronger.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Wellness<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>As unemployment soars amid the coronavirus pandemic, meditation app <a href=\"https:\/\/www.headspace.com\/unemployed\"><strong>Headspace<\/strong> is offering free, year-long subscriptions<\/a> to those out of work. The offer unlocks access to all of the meditation app&#8217;s hundreds of hours of content, including a new collection focused specifically on managing the stress of unemployment. The deal is available through\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/headspace.com\/unemployed\">headspace.com\/unemployed<\/a>, and relies on the honor system for verification.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/about.coursera.org\/\">Online learning platform <strong>Coursera<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>offers classes, certificates, and degrees across a broad list of topics, subjects, and skills. The instruction is offered by high-profile companies and institutions, including Google, IBM, Stanford, and Yale, and taught by some of the most notable academics and professionals in the world.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Right now, Coursera is offering &#8220;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.coursera.org\/learn\/the-science-of-well-being#enroll\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Science of Well-Being<\/a><\/strong>&#8221; (Yale University&#8217;s most popular course ever) for free. Taken by one in four students at Yale, the class teaches participants to &#8220;increase your own happiness and build more productive habits&#8221; &#8212; aka skills we could probably all benefit from right now. Check it out!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Remote Working<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Online resume-writing firm\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/novoresume.com\/\">Novor\u00e9sum\u00e9<\/a>\u00a0has created a <a href=\"https:\/\/novoresume.com\/career-blog\/remote-work\">handy remote working guide<\/a>, designed specifically for people working from home during the pandemic. The guide offers information on how to be\u00a0more productive when working from home; how to find a remote job and stand out from the rest of the candidates; how to manage a remote team using some of the best tools on the market; and more.<\/li>\n<li><strong>WIRLC<\/strong>\u00a0recently surveyed its members about how they&#8217;re managing working from home. Here&#8217;s the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womeninretail.com\/10-tips-for-working-from-home-from-wirlc-members\/\">article<\/a> that was created from select interviews, which includes\u00a010 interesting and productive tips for working remotely.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>Fun Stuff<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>When it comes to offering fun and creative activities for families to do during the pandemic, <strong>Ikea<\/strong>\u00a0takes the (marketing) cake. Since the pandemic began, the retailer has made public its famous &#8212; and sacred &#8212; <a href=\"https:\/\/wsvn.com\/news\/us-world\/how-to-make-ikeas-famous-swedish-meatballs-at-home\/\">Swedish meatball recipe<\/a>. In addition, Ikea has turned <a href=\"https:\/\/adage.com\/creativity\/work\/ikea-stay-home-catalog\/2248441\">its iconic catalog into a coloring book<\/a>. Now,\u00a0Ikea Russia, has issued a <a href=\"https:\/\/adage.com\/creativity\/work\/ikea-russia-playhouse\/2257041?utm_source=creativity-daily-friday&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_campaign=20200515&amp;utm_content=hero-headline\">step-by-step, Ikea-style instruction<\/a> manual featuring activities such as homemade ways to construct a wigwam, cave, fort, tent and playhouse using blankets chairs, books, clothes pegs and fairy lights (which, the manual stresses, don&#8217;t need to be from Ikea).People are then invited to share their constructed playhouse photos on social media.<\/li>\n<li>Speaking of coloring books, <strong>adult coloring books<\/strong> are selling like hotcakes on e-commerce sites right now, and you can probably guess why.<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span>Looking for a list of the very best ones?
