For more information and to register, <a href=\"https:\/\/infokf.kornferry.com\/race-matters.html\">please click here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>This <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fastcompany.com\/90511671\/retail-chains-like-whole-foods-and-walmart-should-commit-to-black-owned-businesses-says-campaign\">Fast Company article<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>discusses a plea from <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/aurorajames\/\">Aurora James<\/a><\/strong>, founder of the Brooklyn boutique <a href=\"https:\/\/brothervellies.com\/\">Brother Vellies<\/a>, for major retailers across the U.S. to commit to buying 15 percent of their merchandise from\u00a0black-owned businesses. The campaign is dubbed the\u00a0<a style=\"font-size: 1em\" href=\"http:\/\/www.15percentpledge.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">15 Percent Pledge<\/a>.\u00a0&#8220;So many of your businesses are built on black spending power,&#8221; James wrote on Instagram. &#8220;So many of your stores are set up in black communities. So many of your sponsored posts are seen on black feeds. This is the least you can do for us. We represent 15 percent of the population, and we need to represent 15 percent of your shelf space.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thefemalequotient.com\"><strong>The Female Quotient<\/strong> <\/a>has put together a webinar series around how to &#8220;turn words into action, become true allies, and address racism head-on.&#8221; You can register for the series, called the &#8220;<strong>Virtual Equality Lounge\u00ae: Moving From Conversation to Action,&#8221;\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thefemalequotient.com\/events\/virtual-equality-lounge-moving-from-conversation-to-action\/\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>In this profound, thought-provoking and often hilarious <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ted.com\/talks\/baratunde_thurston_how_to_deconstruct_racism_one_headline_at_a_time\">Ted Talk\u00a0<\/a>with more than 2 million views,\u00a0writer, comedian and commentator<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/baratunde.com\">Baratunde Thurston<\/a><\/strong> reveals the power of language to change stories of trauma into stories of healing &#8212; while challenging us all to level up.<\/li>\n<li>Here&#8217;s a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.charisbooksandmore.com\/understanding-and-dismantling-racism-booklist-white-readers\">list of books<\/a> designed specifically to help you understand and dismantle racism. <a href=\"https:\/\/medium.com\/equality-includes-you\/what-white-people-can-do-for-racial-justice-f2d18b0e0234\">This article<\/a> from <strong><strong>Medium <\/strong><\/strong>lays out 75 things white people can do for racial justice.<\/li>\n<li>In this\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/bcorporation.net\/tackling-racism-accountable-business-leaders?utm_medium=social&amp;utm_source=twitter&amp;utm_campaign=social_post\">heartfelt and moving article<\/a> by<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/anthea-kelsick-911b45\/\">Anthea Kelsick<\/a><\/strong>,\u00a0co-CEO of\u00a0<span class=\"sans-serif\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bcorporation.net\/about-b-lab\">B Lab U.S. and Canada<\/a><\/span><strong><span class=\"sans-serif\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bcorporation.net\/about-b-lab\">,\u00a0<\/a><\/span><\/strong><span class=\"sans-serif\">Kelsick describes how, when she stepped into her role as co-CEO earlier this year, &#8220;we made a commitment to go on the journey of becoming an anti-racist organization&#8221; and that &#8220;we have a responsibility to become vocal, visible anti-racist leaders.&#8221; She also discusses<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibramxkendi.com\/\">Ibram X.
